Zhang Jiaxing

Zhang Jiaxing, professor, enjoys special government allowance from the State Council. He is a native of Shangrao, Jiangxi and lives in Beijing. He is skilled in freehand ink painting and is skilled in depicting water buffaloes and landscapes. Formerly served as the director of the China Radio and Television Information Network Research Institute, and was the chief designer of three major networks in the radio and television system, including the national microwave transmission network, satellite transmission network, and China Cable TV national trunk network. Member of the Central State Organs Artists Association and creative researcher at the China Radio and Television Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.
