Yuan Zhengyang (1955.9-)ChongqingPeople. Proficient in oil painting. In 1980, he worked as an editor at the People's Liberation Army Daily. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the PLA Academy of Arts in 1986. Joined the military in 1971 and enlisted in 1972SichuanI pursued further studies at the Academy of Fine Arts and entered the PLA Academy of Fine Arts in 1984. After graduation, I worked as an art editor at the PLA Daily. His works have participated in the 6th National Art Exhibition. The First and Second China Oil Painting Exhibition.
