Ma Shaopeng

Ma Shaopeng (pen name Ma Peng), born in 1961GuangdongShantou. Studied under Mr. Yang Zhaozhan, a renowned figure in traditional Chinese culture. I am currently a member of Shantou Artists Association, Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, and a first-class artist of China Painting and Calligraphy Academy. Influenced by the older generation of artists and my father who devoted his entire life to art education since childhood, I have been tirelessly pursuing and constantly exploring traditional Chinese culture and art. Mural paintings, traditional Chinese paintings, and calligraphy are widely explored and cannot be put down. In the early stages of reform and opening up, he was the main author of the "Four Great Literary Masterpieces" comic book series at the Xilihu State Guesthouse in Shenzhen, which was praised as the "number one art gallery in the world" both domestically and internationally. He was highly praised by national leaders who visited Shenzhen for inspection work. Especially fond of painting shrimp, with exquisite skills, his works have been collected and appreciated by many famous entrepreneurs. In 2015, his works were selected as one of the top 100 Chinese calligraphy and painting artists. In 2016, he won the National "Xikou Cup" Calligraphy, Painting and Printing Creation Competition, and his works were printed in the competition's collection of masterpieces. In 2016, the works were selected for the 2nd Gurao Spring Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition. In 2017, won the gold medal at the National Calligraphy and Painting Masters International Exchange Exhibition.
