赵英和. 男．1960.5.13 日生于
Jilin
省吉林市，1977 年毕业于吉林省孤儿学校，从小就热爱绘画艺术，多方拜师学艺，孜孜不倦学习绘画理论和冰雪画写生创作，并创作大量的冰雪画作品，1982 至1985 年在吉林市业余艺术学校美术班学习期满经考式合格结业，之后，多次分别参加国省市级书画大赛中获奖。
