Wang Jinsheng, also known as Gushi, was born in 1944TianjinCurrently serving as a national top-level calligrapher, art consultant for China International Art Network, and consultant for the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Artist Creation CenterBeijingProfessional calligrapher at the Oriental Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, senior researcher at the Chinese Academy of Painting, Calligraphy and Printing, and Chinese national etiquette artist. The works have won the highest awards and multiple honorary titles in domestic and international calligraphy and painting exhibitions and competitions multiple times, and have been included in over a hundred professional calligraphy and painting catalogs or collected by government agencies, cultural departments, or stone inscriptions. There are also poems, maxims, and papers included in over 60 collections or literature classics.

Invited by China International Philatelic Website for four consecutive years from 2012 to 2015, the works were used to produce themed stamps and publish commemorative philatelic albums; In 2016, the works were selected for the commemorative stamp collection of outstanding Chinese artists in China and the United States to celebrate the 37th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and were published and distributed by the American Philatelic Group; In 2017, he was selected as "the Belt and Road - World Stamp Figures of Chinese Artists", and was published by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation and the United States Philatelic Group with personal portraits and works as the theme of multinational stamps and commemorative collections; In the same year, the works were selected for the "Never Forget Our Original Aspiration - Celebrating the 19th National Congress" themed stamps and commemorative books published and distributed by China Post; In 2018, the works were respectively published by the American Philatelic Group in the "World Philatelic Commemorative Collection" - the Chinese art masters on the world stamps and the China Philatelic Publicity Center published the theme album of "The the Belt and Road Chinese Dream" and the commemorative album of "New Era, New Silk Road".
