Liu Zurong

Liu Zurong (formerly known as Liu Jianhai) was born in March 1968,JiangsuBorn in Huai'an City, Hunan Province, with the pseudonym Leng Wuxuan, he is a calligrapher and painter who currently resides in Wenzhou. He has had a passion for calligraphy, painting, and poetry since childhood. He studied at the Correspondence University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, where he received guidance from renowned teachers in the field of traditional Chinese painting. After years of study and exploration, he participated in numerous national calligraphy and painting competitions and won awards. His works have been reported and promoted by relevant magazines, newspapers, and media. His traditional Chinese painting style strives for innovation, advocating the combination of poetry, calligraphy, painting, and printing to form his own unique artistic style. He is particularly skilled in freehand brushwork on flowers, birds, and mountains and waters, and is innovative and unconventional; Calligraphy pursues simplicity, starting with regular script and then involving Zhang Qian Stele, Shi Chen Stele, Wang Xizhi and other styles. The works created are highly recognized and loved by the people and collectors.
